Ultimate Fish



  • 2 salmon (or tilapia) fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of Hollis Ultimate Fish Seasoning
  • 5 tablespoons of light olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves


  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic cloves with the
    Hollis Ultimate Fish Seasoning.
  • Place fish fillets in a glass baking dish.  Pour the olive oil mixture evenly over the fillets.  Cover dish and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit (185 degrees Celsius).
  • Wrap fillets in aluminum foil.  Place them back in the glass dish.  Bake fillets for 30 - 40 minutes (or until tender and flaky).
